南水北调中线工程PCCP及暗涵输水系统空气阀型式研究 被引量:5

摘要 南水北调中线工程惠南庄—大宁段采用2排4 m直径的PCCP管,为大口径长距离管道输水系统,其运行工况复杂,压力变幅大,应充分考虑长距离大型有压输水管道发生破坏性水锤事故的多样性及其特点。针对工程特点着重对空气阀型式、布置等进行分析论证,确保压力输水系统安全、可靠,减少维修,节约运营成本。 For the Huinanzhuang to Daning Section of the Mid-route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, two parallel lines of PCCP pipelines with the diameter of 4m are adopted; which is a long-distance water conveyance system built with large diameter pipelines. The operation condition for the system is complicated with larger range of pressure change, for which the vari- ety and characteristics of the destructive accident of the large long-distance pressure water conveyance pipeline caused by water hammer must be fully considered. Therefore, the analysis and demonstration are made herein on the type and layout of the air valves for the pipeline based on the characteristics of the project, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the pressure water conveyance system and reduce the costs for both the maintenance and the operation as well.
