摘要
碳粉是连铸保护渣中的重要组分之一。本文通过实验研究了连铸保护渣中所含碳粉的种类和数量对保护渣熔化特点的影响。结果表明,碳粉能延缓保护渣的熔化速度。不同种类的碳粉有着不同的氧化温度,并对保护渣熔化速度的影响亦不同。在制作保护渣时,碳粉的种类和加入量是应注意的重要因素。
Carbon powder is an important conatituent in CC mold flux. The fusion characterist?s offluxes containing different kinds of carbon were determined. The results are as follows' carboncan retard the fusion rate of fluy. Different kind of carbon posses different oxidation tempera-ture and shows different effect on fusion rate of flux. The kind and content of carbon in CCmold flux should be carefully selected before preparation.
