论黑龙江省鄂伦春族国家级非物质文化遗产的保护与利用

Discussion on the protection and utilization of the national gradenon-material cultural heritage of Elunchun minority in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省共有18个项目被列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录,鄂伦春族就占5项;做好该民族非物质文化遗产的保护和利用工作,是传承与弘扬中华各民族文化、提升黑龙江省旅游品质的关键所在;以非物质文化遗产的内涵为切入点,介绍了黑龙江省鄂伦春族国家级非物质文化遗产的基本情况,在客观认识问题的基础上,提出了保护与利用的对策措施。

There＇re 18 national grade non -material cultural heritages altogether in H eilongjiang Province, including 5 ones of Elunehun nationality. Preserving and making good use of these national non - material cultural heritages is the key to hand down and carry forward the national culture of China and increase the tourist quality of Heilongjiang Province. This paper presents general situation of the national grade non - material cultural heritages of Elunchun nationality, and put forward countermeasures for protection and utilization of them.
