摘要
本文介绍首都国际机场扩建工程新航站楼62榀预应力钢管屋架(最大跨度为36m、屋架长60.5m)的制作和安装工艺.采取了工厂内下料,现场就地躺卧拼装,塔吊平卧起吊空中翻身,在一端临时就位组装三榀屋架后采取成组水平滑移安装就位的工艺.
This paper introduces the manufacture and erection of 62 prestressing steel - tube roof trusses of a new aviation building. The maximum span of the tmss is 36m and the length of the truss is 60.5m. These trusses are batched in the factory and assembled in lying position in the construction site. The process of erection is as follows; (1) The truss is lifted up in horizontal state by tower crane and turned to vertical position in the air; (2) it is temporary put in place on top of the building; (3) every three trusses are mounted into a set and each set is then horizontally slided to the proper location as designed.
