摘要
汽车工业电泳磷化废水成分复杂,COD高达数千,可生化性差。采用两级混凝反应——气浮——过滤——吸附工艺可获满意的处理效果。其中聚合氯化铝(PAC)对乳化油珠的电中和破乳及其凝絮对高分子有机物的吸附起主要作用。选择阳离子高分子絮凝剂,由于其水解产物带有正电荷铵盐基团,加强了残存COD的吸附,完善了絮凝分离过程。
Phosphorized electrocoating wastewater from the automobile industry has very complex composition with a COD concentration of up to several thousands mg/L and is poor in biodegradability.Good results were obtained in treatment of this wastewater by a process consisting of two step coagulation,flotation,filtration and adsorption.The charge neutralization and demusufication of emulsified oils by polyaluminium chloride (PLC) and its floccules adsorption for macro molecular organic matters played an important role in the process.A cationic polymeric flocculant was chosen because its hydrolysate with positive ammonium group enhanced the adsorption of residual COD and improved the flocculation efficiency.
