摘要
分析了手机外壳塑件的成型工艺,详细阐述了该手机外壳注射模的结构设计要点与工作过程,通过采用动模斜顶与斜导柱抽芯机构相结合的抽芯结构,使得模具的使用寿命和可靠性大大提高,为了提高塑件的质量,特采用二次顶出机构。
Analyzed molding process of the mobile shell, elaborated in detail injection mold structure design points and work process. Through adopt complex core-pulling mechanism with move mold angle ejector and angle guide pin core-pulling, enhanced mold service life and reliable property. In order to improve plastic parts quality, adopted twice ejection mechanism.
