摘要
讨论了加工电机转子通风槽钢上两个凸齿的挤齿模设计方法。通过所设计的挤齿模能得到符合质量要求的槽钢片,同时提高了槽钢片的稳定性。
Discussed the method of gear extruding die design with two convex teeth on the motor rotor ventilation channel steel. the gear extruding die can reach the quality requirement of the channel sheet steel, and improve the stability of the channel sheet steel.
