摘要
论述了汽车行星齿轮封闭式温挤压模具结构,该模具采用浮动凹模结构,生产的锻件无飞边。工艺实验表明:该模具可显著降低材料消耗,提高生产效率和模具寿命。
The structure of the closed warm extruding die for satellite gear of automobile was presented,floating cavity die mechanism was adopted,and the product without burrs was achieved. The process experiment shows that the die cost can be evidently reduced,the production efficiency and the life of the die increased.
