二苯甲醇的相转移催化合成研究 被引量:3

摘要 在相转移催化剂存在下,以二苯甲酮、硼氢化钠为原料合成二苯甲醇,分别研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等条件对合成反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件.该方法合成二苯甲醇的最佳工艺条件是:反应温度25℃,反应时间1 h,n(二苯甲酮)∶n(硼氢化钠)=1∶2.5;相转移催化剂的用量0.6 g、溶剂的用量40 mL(二苯甲酮为0.1 mol的情况下),二苯甲醇的收率可达到97.56%以上. The phase transfer catalyzed synthesis of benzhydrol by the reaction of benzophenone and sodium borohydride was studied.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,materials ratio and amount of catalyst on the synthesis were explored so that the optimal reaction conditions were turned out as follows: temperature,25 ℃,reaction time,1 h,the ratio of benzophenone to sodium borohydride,1 to 2.5,phase transfer catalyst,0.6 g and solvent,40 mL(with benzophenone 0.1 mol).The yield of benzhydrol reached 97.56%.
