摘要
介绍了两步法合成DMDHEU树脂的工艺,探讨了乙二醛、脲、甲醛原料配比,以及pH值、反应温度和时间等因素对合成工艺的影响,分析比较了合成树脂的游离甲醛量、整理后织物释放甲醛量、折皱回复角及强力保留值等测试结果,优化出较佳合成工艺:n(乙二醛)∶n(脲)∶n(甲醛)=1∶1.10∶1.95,环构化反应的pH值为4.8~5.1,温度55~58℃,时间3 h,羟甲基化反应的pH值为8.0~8.3,温度65~68℃,时间4 h.合成树脂的游离甲醛低于0.5%.
A two-step process for synthesizing DMDHEU resin was introduced and the effects of the factors on the synthesis such as the scale of glyoxal, urea and formaldehyde, pH value, reaction temperature and time were investigated. After comparing the test results of the amount of free formaldehyde of synthesized resin, the amount of released formaldehyde from the finished fabrics, the wrinkle recovery angle and strength preservation value, the paper worked out an optimal synthesizing process in which n (glyoxal):n (urea):n (formaldehyde) = 1:1.10:1.95. The conditions of the cycle frame gasification reaction were pH 4.8-5.1, reaction temperature 55-58 ℃, heat preservation time 3 h, while the pH value of the Hydroxymethyl gasification reaction was 8.0-43.3 with the reaction temperature rising to 65-68 ℃, heat preservation time extending to 4 h.The free formaldehyde of synthesized resin was lower than 0.5%.
