摘要
目的探讨用五分类血细胞分析仪CD3700与BC5500及用显微镜法直接计数嗜酸性粒细胞,以了解不同方法的准确性和相关性。方法采集150例住院患者的标本,分别用CD3700、BC5500和显微镜直接计数法对嗜酸性粒细胞进行计数;另取高、中、低值嗜酸性粒细胞标本各1份,分别用CD3700、BC5500和显微镜直接计数法进行计数,得出变异系数(CV)值。结果计数150份标本,CD3700、BC5500和显微镜直接计数法的结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CD3700和BC5500的结果呈正相关(r=0.98);CD3700、BC5500和显微镜直接计数法的平均CV值分别为2.19%、2.25%和9.45%。结论显微镜直接计数法测定嗜酸性粒细胞操作繁琐,重复性稍差。五分类血细胞分析仪CD3700和BC5500计数方法操作简便,重复性好,结果准确。
Objective To explore the eosinophils by using CELL-DYN3700 .MINDRAY AUTO HEMATOLOGY ANALYZER BC5500 and microeope,and investigate the precision and relationship among different methods of detecting eosinophils . Methods The eosinophils of 150 patients were tested by using CD3700 .BC5500 and microcope; and the high.middle and low eosinophils were detected by means of CD3700,BC5500 and microcope,and then CV was counted. Results There was no significant difference among the methods used to detect the eosinophils(P〉 0.05) ,but there was significant positive correlation among the methods of CD3700 and BC5500 blood cell analyzer(r =0.98). The average CV of using CD3700 .BC5500 and microcope was 2. 19%.2.25% and 9.45% respectively . Conclusion It was a hard and complicated work to count the cell in the mierocope method and the result was not very precise. The operation of CD3700 and BC5500 blood cell analyzer was simple and it could obtain a precision and accuracy result.
