摘要
目的探讨不育男性精子活力、动态参数及活率间的关系。方法采用计算机辅助分析系统(CA-SA)测定精子的活动力、各动态参数及活率并进行统计分析。结果精子活力下降时除鞭打频率(BCF)、摆动性(WOB)升高外,直线速度(VSL)、平均路径速度(VAP)、曲线速度(VCL)、侧摆幅度(ALH)、平均移动角度(MAD)、前向性(STR)及直线性(LIN)均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精子活率下降时VSL、VCL、平均路径速度(MAP)有变化,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),ALH、BCF、WOB降低,精子的STR、LIN、MAD升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精子活率、活力对生育有一定的影响,而各动态参数更客观、高效、高精度地反映精子运动功能,为未来的生育或不育倾向做更有效的评估。
Objective To study the relationship of sperm motility, sperm activity rate and sperm in infertile patients. Methods Semen analysis and motive parameters were measured and analyzed by CASA in 445 infertile male patients. Results VSL, VAP, VCL, ALH, MAD, STR, LIN significantly decreased and WOB, BCF increased as sperm motility decreased(P〈0. 005). ALH, BCF, WOB deeply decreased and STR, LIN, MAD deeply increased when sperm activity rate decreased(P〈0.05),but VSL,VCL, MAP did not(P〈0.05). Conclusion The sperm motility and the sperm activity rate could influence male fertility patients, and the motive parameter suggested that it could work more truly, efficiently and accurately, so it is the first and practical choice for assessing male potential fertility disease.
