摘要
目的采用不同仪器和不同方法测定动脉和静脉血的钾离子和钠离子,并对结果进行比较分析。方法对31例本院住院患者同时采集动脉血和静脉血,采用ABL700全自动血气分析仪(以下简称ABL700)分析动脉全血中的钾离子和钠离子,用Vitro-950全自动干化学分析仪(以下简称Vitro-950)测定动脉和静脉血血浆中的钾离子和钠离子。结果用ABL700测定动脉全血中的钾离子均低于Vitro-950测定动脉和静脉血血浆中的钾离子,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Vitro-950测定动脉和静脉血血浆中的钾离子差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ABL700测定动脉血全血中的钠离子、Vitro-950测定动脉血血浆中的钠离子与Vitro-950测定静脉血血浆中的钠离子三者差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血气分析中检测的动脉全血的钾离子还不能代替生化仪检测动脉和静脉血血浆中的钾离子,而钠离子则可以。
Objective To compare and analyse the different determination of the potassium and sodium artery and venous blood with different methods. Methods The blood of artery and venous blood was sampled from 31 hospitalized patients in our hospital. The potassium and sodium in the artery blood was detected by ABL700 Automated Bench top Analyzer and the blood plasma of artery blood and venous with Vitro-950 automatic dry chemical analyzer. Results The potassium in the artery blood by ABL700 was lower than that of the blood in artery and venous blood plasma determined with Vitro-950,and it showed significant difference(P〈0.05). However, the potassium in the artery blood and venous blood plasma determined with Vitro-950 had no significant difference(P〉0.05). The sodium in the artery blood by ABL700 and in the artery blood and venous blood plasma determined with Vitro-950 had no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion The potassium in the artery blood by blood gas analysis cannot substitute for that in the artery blood and venous blood plasma by biochemistry method. The sodium in the artery blood by blood gas analysis can substitute for those in the artery blood and venous blood plasma by biochemistry method.
