空心砖芯具材料耐磨性的试验研究

摘要 空心砖芯具是空心砖成型模具的关键部件,在空心砖挤出成型过程中芯具承受着剧烈的磨粒磨损,以芯头和芯杆的磨损最为严重。本文通过对5种不同材料制作的芯头进行砂浆磨损试验,比较得出不同芯头材料之间的耐磨性能,提出对芯头和芯杆制作材料的改进措施,从而有效的提高芯具的使用寿命。 The core tools of the hollow brick are the key components in the extrusion forming mold for hollow bricks. The core tools, especially core head and stick, suffered from severe abrasion, compared with other parts of the mold. This paper dealt with the sand slurry abrasion tests among five different kinds of core tool materials, and discussions of their wear resistances. Based on the experimental results, the authors put forward to the improving measures on the properties of core tool materials, so as to enhance effectively the lifetime of core tools.
