摘要
针对寒区土壤源热泵所在区域特殊的地理气候环境,适当选取热泵工程中涉及的物理参数和数学物理模型,根据传热学、渗流理论建立寒区土壤源热泵耦合冻结过程的有限元分析模型,利用有限单元法自编程序对大庆油田某土壤源热泵地下埋管所在土体内温度场分布和土体的冻结情况进行仿真计算。并进行热应力分析,确定了土体冻胀过程中地下埋管壁的应力随时间变化情况以及埋管的冻胀位移,以此计算结果来评价寒区土壤源热泵的使用安全性。
According to the particularity of cold-region for its geographical and climatic environments where the ground-souree heat pump was laid, the author adopted suitably physical parameters and mathematical-physical models involved in the heat pump system, and constructed finite element(FE) analysis models of the coupled freezing process of ground-source heat pump in cold region by heat transfer and filtration theory. By using FE software, this paper analyzed the temperature and freezing distribution of the frost soil. The ther- mal-stress was analyzed to make sure how the stress of buried pipeline wall change during the soil frost process ,and the displacement of the pipeline was also studied. Accordingly, this paper estimated the safety of ground-source heat pump system of frost soil be.
