Nostromo is agreed upon most of Joseph Conrad’s critics as his greatest novel. Since publication, analysis on its theme and narrating arts has been made. This paper seeks to proceed with the perspective of Conrad’s fictitious narrative time, and combines the analysis of narrative time with Nostromo, and utilizes the viewpoint of "Anachrony" to discuss Conrad’s art of time and its aesthetic meaning.
