构建以鲁迅“立人”思想为主题的校园文化实践

The Practice of Building Campus Culture with Lu Xun's "Liren" Thought as Its Theme

"以人为本""以人的发展为本",是鲁迅构建的基本价值观和教育观,也是鲁迅"立人"思想的重要内容。鲁迅中学以鲁迅的英名命名,学校的显著特色是以鲁迅的"立人"思想为办学理念,全方位地建设以鲁迅"立人"思想为主题的校园文化,从理念、制度、课程、环境四个维度进行校园文化建设的实践操作和研究。经过多年的研究和实践,构建了一整套较为完整、系统的校园文化建设工程,初步建设起了富有个性特色的精神家园,同时也为同类学校的校园文化建设提供了成功范例。

Lu Xun＇s advocacy of ＂man - oriented＂ and ＂individual - develpoment - orlented＂is Lu Xun＇s fundamental values, education view as well as the important content of his ＂liren＂ thought. Lu Xun High School is named after his llustrious name. The school features Lu Xun＇s ＂liren＂ thought as its education conception. The all - dimensionalconstruction of campus culture with Lu Xun＇ s ＂liren＂ thought as the theme is achieved. The research and practice of campus culture should be conducted from the four dimensions： conception, system, courses and environment. Years of research and practice has enabled the school to complete a comprehensive and systematic campus culture. A spiritual home with personality characteristics has been initially set up,which serves as a good example for other schools.
