Ⅰ期前后路联合入路治疗陈旧性多阶段胸腰段结核及疗效
摘要
陈旧性多阶段胸腰段结核因病程长、椎体破坏严重，多有双下肢感觉运动障碍，并有耐药物治疗的倾向．并大都曾多次手术治疗，疗效均欠佳，均逐渐出现后凸畸形，神经压迫症状明显。这类患者的治疗难度较大。我院自2004-2008年间共收治患者21例．均通过I期前后路联合入路椎体切除、病灶清除、减压植骨内固定治疗，取得满意疗效。报告如下。
