经皮椎体成形术的临床应用及并发骨水泥外溢的防治 被引量:2

摘要 经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)是近年来在治疗骨质疏松性胸、腰椎压缩骨折及椎体血管瘤等疾患中的一种非血管性介入治疗手段。我院2005年11月起应用PVP治疗32例老年性骨质疏松性锥体压缩骨折及椎体血管瘤,对PVP中骨水泥外溢的防治进行了探讨。
