探讨了影响注射机筒外径设计的主要因素,评述了几种具有代表性的注塑机筒疲劳强度理论设计准则,分析了其局限性和可用范围,提出了符合实际的注塑机筒的疲劳强度设计外径的准则,提出了根据加热功率配置的表面积设计外径的准则,提出了根据综合因素确定机筒外径的原则。

Discussed the main design factors of injection machine cylinder diameter, reviewed several typical design criteria of cylinder fatigue theory for injection molding machine, analyzed its limitations and available range, proposed new diameter design criteria according with the actual injection molding machine barrel fatigue, and according to the surface area of heating power configuration guidelines, put forward the diameter design rule, and based on a combination of factors determined the barrel diameter principles.
