摘要 用甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GM)对透明质酸(HA)进行接枝改性,制备交联透明质酸衍生物(GMHA),通过辐照获得透明质酸凝胶。分光光度计测定吸光度表明所制备的HA凝胶是一种可降解的生物材料。其稳定性受到制备条件和环境条件的影响:如HA的分子量为70万时在相对长时间内比分子量为10万时表现的相对稳定;当分子量相同,辐照剂量为1 kGy时降解明显,辐照剂量为5 kGy时表现出较好的稳定性;HA凝胶在中性环境条件下容易引起降解,在pH=4时表现的相对稳定;中低温度有利于HA凝胶的稳定,在高温50℃时降解迅速。 GM grafting method was adopted to prepare HA derivatives (GMHA) and get HA gels after exposing it under T-ray. It was shown in the spectrophotometer test that HA gel was a degradable material. The stability of the gel was changed by the preparated condition and the environmental condition: the 700000 Da molecular weight was more stable than 100000 Da molecular weight. The 1 kGy of irradite dosage was less stable than 5 kGy for the HA gels. The HA gel was much easier to degrate when pH at 7, and the low temperature was good for the gel to keep stable, it degrated rapidly at 50 ℃.
