摘要
泰钢950mm热轧中宽带生产线克服精轧机组允许轧制力低的限制,以辊型优化、合理负荷分配和工作辊弯辊相结合,较好地控制了超薄带钢的板形质量,辅以其他工艺优化和设备精心维护,成功开发并批量生产出超薄带钢,同时解决了由此引起的支撑辊剥落问题。
Taisahn Steel overcame the restriction of low permissible load in the finishing train of the 950 mm broad hot strip production line,developed ultra-thin strip successfully and produced in batch by adopting many measures. These measures include:controlling the shape quality of the ultra-thin strip by roll shape optimization,reasonable load distribution and the work roll bending combination,combining with other process optimization and equipment careful maintenance. At the same time,problems of the supporting roller spalling were resulted.
