摘要
介绍了氨法-HPF脱硫工艺在莱钢焦化厂的运行控制情况,通过提高初冷器及电捕效率、控制煤气及脱硫液温度、合理选择催化剂浓度及添加方式等控制措施,采取熟硫工艺改生硫工艺、脱硫塔顶部循环集液管上增加排气阀等技术改进方法,改善了现场环境,使塔后硫化氢含量降低到135mg/m3。
This article introduced the operation and controlling situation of ammonia-HPF desulfurization process in the Coking Plant of Laiwu Steel. Through some control measures such as increasing the efficiencies of primary cooler and electrical tar trap, controlling the temperature of gas and desulfurizing liquid and reasonable selects of catalyst concentration and added manner, by adopting some technological improvements such as changing the cooked sulfur process into green sulfur process and setting a exhaust valve in the collecting pipe at the top of thionizer, the scene environment was improved and the hydrogen sulphide content after the thionizer was decreased to 135 mg/m^3.
