济钢1750m^3高炉炉料结构及操作技术改进

摘要 为降低成本,济钢使用了低价低品位铁矿,高炉炉料结构发生相应变化,烧结矿比例达到了77%,生矿比例达到了18%以上,球团比例降至5%以下,渣中Al2O3含量增加到19%以上。通过采取改善炉渣性能、优化布料制度、完善送风参数等技术措施,保证了高炉稳定顺行,实现了低成本运行。 For cost s reason,cheap and low grade iron ores were used in Jinan Steel s BF. Thus,the BF burden structure changed,sinters ratio reached to 77%,raw ore ratio raised to more than 18%,pellet ratio decreased to less than 5%,Al2O3 content in slag increased to more than 19%. By taking measures such as improving performances of slag,optimizing burden distribution system,ameliorating blast supply parameters etc,it was realized that BF run smoothly with low cost.
