摘要
针对圆盘剪剪切镰刀弯问题,分析认为影响剪切平行度的因素有:夹送辊速度差、剪刃使用状态、圆盘与碎边同步性、原始板型及操作控制等。通过建立剪刃同步更换机制,优化调整夹送辊及垂直与水平刀缝,提高圆盘剪自动定位精度等,钢板镰刀弯控制水平由0.8~1mm/m提高到0~0.2mm/m。
Aiming at the camber caused during the cutting of steel plates with disc shears, analysis considered that the following factors have influences on the parallelism of cutting: different speeds of pressing transporting rofls, the condition of the cutting edges, the simultaneousness between the disc and the plate edge to be cut, the original shape of the plate and operation control, etc. Some optimization measures were adopted, such as establishing a mechanism of simultaneous replacement of cutting edges, optimizing and adjusting the pressing transporting rolls, letting the edges of the cutting machine be upright to the plate surface when there was transformation of plate shape, making compensation for the distance between the two pressing transporting rolls, improving the preciseness of the disc shears positioning. The cambers were improved from 0.8 - 1 mm/m to 0 - 0.2 mm/m.
