摘要 对莱钢型钢厂物理楼钢筋混凝土框架柱基础实施高压分段循环压力灌浆技术进行修复,施工过程采取分段分批循环钻进注浆,清水正循环工艺并采用碱性防塌剂冲洗液。经本次注浆处理,物理室地基密实度明显提高,地基沉降量和沉降速度经半年多的观察和勘探测量,幅度减小,完全满足了建筑物沉降控制要求。 The physical floor of the steel columns of reinforced concrete frame-based implementation of the high-voltage sub-cycle of pressure grouting technology to repair, the construction process to take sub-batches circulation drilling grouting, clean water is alkaline recycling process and adopt anti-sloughing agent flushing fluid.
