摘要 莱钢3#高炉的结构设计采用"陶瓷杯+热模压小块碳砖"相结合的复合炉缸炉底结构,炉底采用低导热系数的陶瓷材料,炉缸侧壁为较薄的陶瓷杯+UCAR小块碳砖结构+铜冷却壁结构。通过对炉缸炉底温度场及热应力计算可知,1150℃与870℃等温线处于陶瓷层内,减小了发生"蒜头状"侵蚀及碳砖脆化的可能;使用陶瓷材料也避免了热应力对炉缸炉底的侵蚀破坏。 The structure of ceramic and hot compressed carbon bricks synthetic hearth bottom was applied in design of Laiwu Steel' s No.3 BF, using the low thermal conductivity ceramic brick in the bottom, and the structure which was comprised of ceramic lining and hot compressed small carbon bricks and copper stave in the hearth. According to the distribution of temperature field and the thermal stress of the hearth and bottom, the 870 ℃ and 1 150 ℃ isothermal lines were spaced in the ceramic lining and the possibility of occurring garlic-like erosion and producing brittle layer were decreased; On the extent, the damage of thermal stress in hearth bottom was eliminated using the ceramic lining.
