摘要
通过对钢包、中间包及连铸坯各个环节氮含量的分析,找出齿轮钢连铸过程的增氮规律,钢包到中间包平均增氮10.5×10-6,中间包到结晶器平均增氮4.5×10-6。通过采取控制钢中的铝含量、氩封、水口保护和用好中包渣等措施,连铸过程中齿轮钢的增氮量可降到10×10-6以下。
Through the analysis of nitrogen content in the molten steel in ladle,tundish and steel strand etc,the increasing regulation of the nitrogen content during the continuous casting process was found out,that is,the increment of nitrogen was 10.5×10^-6 from the ladle to the tundish and the increment of nitrogen was 4.5×10^-6 from the tundish to the mold. By taking control of aluminum content in steel,argon seal,the protection of the tundish nozzle and making good use of protecting slag and other measures,the increment of nitrogen was reduced to less than 10 ×10^-6 in the continuous casting process of the gear steel.
