钝化技术改善焦炭热态性能的应用试验

摘要 为改善焦炭质量,在实验室试验的基础上,进行了向焦炭表面喷洒一定温度和浓度焦炭钝化剂溶液的焦炭钝化技术应用试验,喷洒点设在焦炭进入矿焦槽之前的外围转运站,蒸汽作为加热与搅拌手段。结果表明,焦炭热态指标明显改善,CRI降低2%以上,CSR提高2%以上,喷洒工艺简单易行,高炉稳定顺行,综合焦比降低20.39kg/t。 In order to improve coke quality, based on laboratory test, it were made that application experiments of coke passivating technology by spraying passivant with certain temperature and concentration to the coke surface. The spraying position was set up in peripheral transfer station before the coke into ore-coke bin. Steam was used for heating and stirring. The experiment results shown that coke thermal properties were improved obviously, which means CRI was decreased by above 2% and CSR was increased by above 2%. The spraying process was simple and easy to operate. The blast furnace achieved stable smooth operation. The fuel consumption was reduced by 20.39 kg/t.
