摘要
针对冷床传输链逆变器IGBT频繁损坏的现象,通过对逆变器输出线路、负荷、逆变器容量、电机励磁电流、IGBT的发热等进行分析,得出IGBT损坏的原因是励磁电流过大而造成IGBT温度升高。采取将最大励磁电流由默认的80%改为20%,取消一级计算机的50s延时等措施,保证了IGBT的正常运行。
Because of frequent damage of inverter IGBT for the cooling bed transfer chain,the output line of the inverter,load,capacity,the excitation current of the motor and the rising temperature of the IGBT etc were analyzed. The results showed that the damage reason was rapidly rising temperature of IGBT when the excitation current of the motor was too large. Through descending the maximal excitation current to 20% from tolerant 80% and canceling 50 s delays of the computer etc,the natural operation was ensured.
