摘要 莱钢为进一步提高满足客户需求的能力,于2006年开始推进了产销研一体化运行模式,以棒材、板带、型钢和优钢4大品种产品为基础组建了4大专业生产厂及销售部门的4大品种部和研发部门4大品种研究所,实行专业化生产组织、产品销售和研发。通过强化炼铁系统的稳定高效生产,转变观念、科学筹划生产,动态配置资源,加快产品结构调整,莱钢的产品品种计划兑现率、顾客满意度不断提升,莱钢市场竞争力得到进一步提升。 In order to satisfy customer requirements, Laiwu Steel have carried integrating production-marketing-research running mode since 2006, have built 4 professional factories based on manufacture rebar steel, strip steel, section steel and special steel etc. total 4 varieties of steel products. The four-varieties-section of sales department and the four-varieties- institute of four varieties, have carried special produce organization, sales and development, to strengthen irunmaking system's steadily production in highly efficient. By changing idea, scientific planning production, and dynamic allocation of resources, to speed up the product structure adjustment, Laiwu Steel product's plan rated and customer satisfaction was kept rising. The competitive ability of Laiwu Steel has been further enhanced.
