摘要 基于电导率法测量盐度的原理,采用C8051F350 SOC单片机设计了一种新型的盐度测量仪。采用类似双极性脉冲电压激励的形式,不同之处在于加入了直流偏置,这样即省去了负电源,又避免了电极的极化。因为温度影响水的电导率,从而影响盐度测量,为了提高盐度测量精度,采用实时温度补偿技术。设计了使用Pt1000测温电路。最后对于测得的盐度数据进行分段非线性拟合,并给出了标定后的数据比较。该盐度检测仪测量范围达到0~20%左右,可以用于路面含盐量和食品等高盐度检测。 According to the element of salinity measurement by conductance method, a new type instrument based on C8051F350 SOC single chip processor was designed to measure salinity. Be simlar with bi - directional pulse voltage source, single voltage source added with DC bias, aborting minus voltage source and voiding electrode polarization effect, excited the system proposed by us. As temperature affects the conductivity of water and sequentially affects the salinity, to improve the accuracy of measurement, the instrument also measures instantaneous temperature and removes off its influence on salinity. Therefore, a circuit was designed to measure temperature with Pt1000 thermoelectric resistance. With the application of non -linear fitting, the results were presented. The instrument range for the measurement of salinity is from 0 to 20 percent, which can be used for measurement of salinity on road or in food manufacture process.
