Data Acquisition System Based on Digital Multimeter

以Keithley数字万用表和电脑为主要设备,采用VB6和SCPI语言混合编程,通过RS-232串口将传感器测试数据导入EXCEL中,利用EXCEL的二次开发对测试数据进行处理,方法简便、实用,在生产测试中取得较好的效果。

Based on the Keithley digital muhimeter and computer, it used VB6 and SCPI, transmitted the test data of sensor into EXCEL by the RS- 232 serial, processing the test data in EXCEL. This data acquisition system is simple, practical, it achieves good results in production test.
