摘要
节能减排是当今社会普遍关心的问题,工业生产中大量使用的蒸汽均来自于蒸汽锅炉,锅炉运行的状况直接反应出能源的利用情况。论述了应用SIEMENS S7-300系列PLC对蒸汽锅炉的汽包水位及燃烧系统进行自动控制,使锅炉运行于安全、经济的状态下。锅炉燃烧过程比较复杂,控制难度相对较大,文中应用模糊控制算法,对锅炉燃烧进行控制,实际证明效果良好。
The energy-saving emission reduction is the issue of community concern, the use of industrial production is a lot of steam from the steam boiler, and the boiler is running a direct response to the situation of the utilization of energy. This paper discussed the application of SIEMENS S7 - 300 series PLC to the steam boiler drum level and combustion system for automatic control, the boiler running on the safety of the state of the economy. Boiler combustion process is relatively complex, difficult to control a relatively large, in this paper, fuzzy control algorithm, for boiler combustion control, the actual proved effective.
