摘要 传统的皮托管流速仪频响低,数值误差大,尤其是用于液体水流时,初始排净气泡及动态测速过程中避免气泡的产生,及对测量结果产生影响均是很困难的。为了改进这些缺陷,基于发挥双桥公司在微型动态压力传感器开发上的优势,研发了基于皮托管原理的CYG9008动态流速仪,该产品频响达到150 Hz,流速最高精度达到0.3%,流速测量范围达到0~10m/s,流速自动计算,自动采集,存储,大大提高了测量的准确性及效率。 The limitation of conventional pitometer are as follows: the frequency response is very low, the error margin is big especially for liquid. It is difficult to dispel air in pipe before measuring or in middle of measuring, it is difficult to eliminate influence of result. Due to these, Shuangqiao company designed CYG9008 type dynamic state pitometer according to the principle of pitot tube, playing a technological advantage in researching miniature high frequency dynamic pressure sensor, the frequency response of this type productionis 150 Hz, the most high-precision of flow rate is 0. 3%, the flow rate measuring range is from 0 m/ s to 10 m/s, automatic calculation of flow rate, automatic acquisition, storage. So it can improved the accuracy and efficiency.
