Optimization of Water Supply System in Yingmaili Gas Field

摘要 给水系统是油气田地面工程建设中重要的辅助工程。针对英买力气田给水系统技术优化工程试运期间暴露的管线泄露、试压困难、供水压不稳、能耗高等问题,并结合现场实际情况,分析了给水系统存在的问题和原因。参照相关的设计及施工规范,制定技术方案并进行了对比,选取简单合理的方案,优化系统及管网流程,提高了运行效率,使给水系统稳定正常供水。 Water supply system is an important auxiliary engineering in the construction of oil and gas field surface facilities.According to the problems in the trial run period,such as pipeline leakage,pressure test difficulty,water pressure instability,and high energy consumption,the problems and sources of the water supply system in Yingmaili gas field were analyzed.Referring to related design and construction standards,the technical schemes were made and compared,and the simple and reasonable one was selected out.The system and pipeline network were optimized,the operational efficiency was improved,and the water supply system got a stable operation
