摘要
通过分析地形、地质、穿越处地下管道等因素,确定了延炼—西安成品油管道工程应用水平定向钻技术穿越渭河的设计方案。论述了穿越管段壁厚及强度、回拖力计算方法及不充水回拖力计算,水平钻进的入土角、出土角选用,最小曲率半径的选取,穿越层位和穿越深度的确定。对施工中出现的回拖受阻问题提出有效措施。水平定向钻穿越技术在渭河穿越中的应用表明,水平定向钻穿越技术具有不破坏地貌、不影响交通、施工周期短等优点。
The design plan of applying horizontal directional drilling technology to Wei River crossing in laying the pipeline from Yan'an refinery to Xi'an was determined through analyzing the terrain,geology,and the underground pipeline section after crossing.The wall thickness and strength of the crossing pipeline,calculation method of back towing force and non-water-filled back towing force,selection of penetrating in-and-out angles,and the smallest curvature radius,and determination of crossing horizon and crossing depth were described.The effective measures on checked back towing were put forward.The application showed that horizontal directional drilling technology did not destroy the landscape and affect the traffic,and had shorter construction time.
