Development,Development Outlook and Development Layout:An Exploration of the Development Problems in the Sixty Years after the Foundation of PRC

发展是绝对、无条件的,发展是永恒主题,发展贯穿新中国成立以来60年的全过程。不同的发展时期形成了不同的发展观,确立了风格各异的发展布局。改革开放前30年,提出了"运动发展观",确立了均衡发展布局;后30年提出了"改革发展观"、"协调发展观"和"科学发展观",先后确立了"非均衡发展布局"、"三位一体"发展布局和"四位一体"总体发展布局,共同构成了中国特色社会主义的经济、政治、文化、社会的发展结构和基本框架。

Development is definite, unconditional and eternal which runs through the sixty years after the foundation of PRC. Different developing outlooks and layouts exist in different developing periods. In the thirty years before reform and opening - up, movement development outlook and balanced developing layout are put forward ; In the thirty years after that, reform development outlook, coordinating developing outlook, scientific developing outlook and unbalanced developing layout are put forward which constitute the basic developing structure of socialistic economy, politics, culture, society and construction with Chinese characteristics.
