摘要 室内大靶面立靶精度测试系统一直是外弹道测试领域研究的热点。目前国内已出现的单靶面激光精度靶存在靶面增大后灵敏度不够、精度不高的问题。基于红外发光二极管和光敏元件阵列的光电靶可以提高灵敏度,有效地增大靶面。弹丸的探测通过X和Y方向各一组光传感器来完成,在靶面上与光传感器对应的另一侧装有红外LED光源,靶面的有效探测区域由光传感器与光源形成的光幕确定。弹丸通过靶面时由邻近的几个传感器单元探测到,并通过软件精确识别确定弹丸过靶的坐标。传感器通过设置灵敏度,可仅探测快速移动的物体,避免误触发。单靶能够测量射击精度、射击频率,给出弹序、弹丸的X、Y坐标和R50与R100,当连接两套或更多光电靶时可测量弹丸飞行速度和弹丸偏角及倾角。 Indoor large frame firing accuracy testing system is always the hot point of trajectory measurment research.The problem with domestic single frame accuracy target is that the sensitivity and accuracy will be reduced when the frame becomes big.The photoelectric target based on LED and light sensitive element array could improve the sensitivity and enlarge the effective area.Detection of the projectile is performed by two optical sensing arrays,one for each axis.The array is known as a light sensor and consists of a linear row of closely spaced photo detectors.Each sensor is aligned with a linear infrared LED light source,which is on the opposite side of the target plane.The sensing area of each detector is restricted to an accurately defined fan.The fans overlap so that a projectile will be detected by adjacent sensors.The detection pattern is used to calculate the position of the projectile.Each sensor is designed to detect only fast moving objects(rapid changes on light level) so that slow variations on the light level e.g.voltage variations or insect movement,will have no effect on the operation of the target.The shot position is measured by single target.It detects the passage of projectiles through the target area and reports them as XY coordinates.Statistical analysis will be applied to a group of shots to determine R50,R100 etc.It can also measure other ballistic parameters such as rate of firing and order of firing.Two or more targets can be used to measure the fall-of-shot at different points along the projectile trajectory.This configuration can also determine the projectile velocity.
