摘要
零件的非几何特征与加工直接相关,对衡量设计方案的可行性至关重要。由于表面粗糙度和加工精度等非几何特征参数并不能从通用的工程图纸设计平台AutoCAD中直接识别和提取,因此采用ObjectARX进行二次开发。实验证明,定义的非几何特征可以从AutoCAD图样文件中有效识别,相应的参数能正确提取。
The non-geometric feature of parts is very important to evaluate the feasibility of the design,for it has a close relationship with machining.However,the non-geometric feature parameters such as surface roughness and machining precision can not be got directly from the common AutoCAD.Therefore,ObjectARX is used to redevelop the common AutoCAD.Engineering practices prove that the designed non-geometric features can be effectively recognized from design documents of the redeveloped AutoCAD and the relevant parameters can be extracted accurately.
