双循环两相生物处理工艺适用于制革废水脱氮处理工程的探讨

摘要 对已成功运行的浙江富邦皮革有限公司污水处理脱氮改造工程作简要的技术分析后,发现双循环两相生物处理工艺(BICT工艺)与富邦工程工艺有不少相同之处,经机理分析和经济评估,认为BICT工艺在实现制革废水脱氮工程上有更好的适用性,并提出了利用该工艺在制革废水脱氮新建或改建工程应用上的建议。 The paper gives a brief technical analysis on successfully running of the nitrogen removal transformation of sewage treatment works in Zhejiang Fubon Leather Co., Ltd. It proves that there are many similarities between Bi-Cyclic Two-phase biological treatment process (BICT Technology) and Fubon's technology. BICT Technology is achieving a better work on the denitrification process in the tannery waste water engineering by mechanism analysis and economic assessment. Some suggestions on the applicability of the BICT Technology in new and retrofitted projects were put forward.
