沼渣和沼液对油菜生长及氮素利用率的影响 被引量:15

Effect of Biogas Residue and Biogas Slurry Fertilization on the Yield,Quality and Nitrogen Use Efficiency of the Rape

摘要 设空白(CK)、无机肥(CF)、沼液(BS)、沼渣(BR)、沼渣+沼液配施(BR+BS)5个处理,除空白不施肥外,其余处理均等氮量投入。利用温室盆栽研究了施用沼渣、沼液对油菜产量、品质及氮素利用率的影响。结果表明:在油菜产量上,施用沼液与无机肥效果相当,分别达到13.4、13.7 g/盆,两者差异不显著,并且与沼渣+沼液处理差异也不显著,但均显著高于沼渣处理。在品质方面,沼渣、沼渣+沼液配施、沼液以及无机肥处理的硝酸盐含量分别为261.8、287.4、464.3、1003.0 mg/kg,其中沼渣、沼渣+沼液配施以及沼液3种处理均显著低于无机肥处理;在油菜Vc含量上,沼渣以及沼渣+沼液配施处理的为Vc含量分别为5.3 mg/100g油菜、5.19 mg/100g油菜,两者均显著高于无机肥和沼液处理。各处理间,以沼液和无机肥的氮素利用率最高,分别为49.6%、51.8%,两者差异不显著,但均显著高于沼渣处理,沼渣+沼液配施处理则介于之间。 A Pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of biogas residue and biogas slurry on rape s yields,quality and nitrogen use efficiency.The results showed:The yields of rape which was used biogas slurry and chemical fertilizer singly were 13.41 g/pot and 13.70 g/pot.However there was no yield significant difference between biogas slurry treatment and chemical fertilizer treatment.They were all significantly higher than that of biogas residue treatment. And the results also indicated that the rape's nitrate content was significantly different because of different treatments. The nitrate content of biogas residue, compound of biogas residue and biogas slurry, biogas slurry and chemical fertilizer treatment were 216.8,287.4,464.3 and 1 003.0 mg/kg respectively. Meanwhile, the rape's Vc content of bio gas residue treatment and compound of biogas residue and biogas slurry treatment was 5.3 mg/100g rape.5.19 mg/100g rape, they were significantly higher than that of chemical fertilizer treatment and biogas slurry treatment. There were no significant difference on the N use efficiency (NUE) between biogas slurry treatment and Chemical fertilizer treatment, which reached 49. 6% and 51.8% respectively. But those two treatments NUE were higher than others significantly.
