摘要
利用3因素5水平二次通用旋转组合设计,优选适合石头菇母种的培养剂,研究了葡萄糖、蛋白胨、硫酸镁、磷酸二氢钾对石头菇菌丝的长速、干重的影响。结果表明:该试验条件下葡萄糖、蛋白胨、无机盐(硫酸镁、磷酸二氢钾)3因素中,对石头菇菌丝的长速、干重的效应为葡萄糖〉无机盐〉蛋白胨。获得石头菇菌丝的长速〉0.44 cm/d,菌丝干重〉27.86 mg/总量,用葡萄糖19.866~21.216 g/L,蛋白胨4.662~4.806 g/L,硫酸镁、磷酸二氢钾5.164~5.948 g/L。
