摘要
拉伸弯曲矫直能消除或减轻带材的浪形缺陷。文内给出拉伸弯曲条件下带材长度方向的应力与应变关系式;一次弯曲的拉伸弯曲矫直带材可能出现的五种变形状态;进而给出拉伸弯曲矫直后带材平直的判别式;最后给出多次弯曲的拉伸弯曲矫直工艺参数的优化模型。所有分析方法已被由前后卷取机和十辊矫直机所组成的拉伸弯曲矫直设备上的实验所证实。
The waves shape of strip could be remcved or reduced by tension leveling. The relation be-tween longitudinal stress and corresponding strain, five kinds of possible deformation state dur-ing tension leveling with bending once, the discriminant of the strip flat and the optimum mo-del of technology parameters are given in this paper. All analyses have been confirmed exper-imentally using a tension leveler with a 10-roll leveler, pay off and rewind reels.
