摘要
对低碳低合金高强度焊接结构钢 HQ70钢的疲劳寿命统计特性进行了研究。结果表明,疲劳寿命既能较好地服从三参数威布尔分布又能较好地服从对数正态分市。本文采用两种分布的第一矩和第二矩分别相等的方法,得出两种分布参数间的转化关系式。按照这一转化关系式进行计算,计算值与试验值吻合良好。文中分析并讨论了高应力与低应力下疲劳寿命分布的竞争模型,并对应力(?)为472.4MPa 时寿命双峰分布进行统计分析,其结果与试验数据吻合较好。
The statistical fatigue tests are carried out on HQ70 steel specimen.It is shown that the fatigue life distributions obtained in the tests are in good agreement with either the three pa- rameters Weibull distribution or the Log-normal distribution.Equations are derived to trans- form three parameters of Weibull distribution into two parameters of Los-normal distribu- tion.The competitive models of fatigue life distribution are discussed.Double-humped distri- butions are analysed when stress is 472.4 MPa.It is found that theoretical results are in good agreement with tested one.
