摘要
本研究采用高速摄影技术,对新型圆筒筛清选机构物料的运动规律进行了测定与研究。并应用数字化仪采集数据与影片判读系统软件等先进手段完成判读工作,探明了新型圆筒筛清选机构的清选原理与物料的运动规律,为该机构的设计提供了科学依据。并根据研究结果改进了结构,进一步提高了该机构的精选性能。
This research adopts high-speed photography to study the movement law of mate- rial in the new type rotary screen cleaning mechanism.It also takes such advanced measures as digitalisation instrument to collect date and recognition system sofe ware to accomplish recognition system and reading of the film.It has found out the cleaning principle of this cleaning mechanism and the movement law of material.It provides a scientific basis for the design of this mechanism.It is shown from experimental data that the structure is modified and the cleaning performance is improved.
