摘要
滚刀齿形用圆弧代替之后,与其共轭的花键齿形为短幅渐开线的等距线,呈上凸下凹形态。本文先建立此等距线的方程,控制凸凹点的极值误差,再解出代圆弧齿形参数:半径 R,中心坐标 Q(A、B)。
After hob form is replaced by arc profile with which spline profile in conjugation is equidistant line of shortened involute.The equidistant line is shaped like upper convex and lower concave tooth form.This paper derives equation of the equidistant line and performs control of extreme error of convex and concave points and then sloves the pa- rameters of arc profile:radius R,the coordinates of center Q(A,B).
