生态文明是人类文明发展的高级形态,建设生态文明是我国落实科学发展观、全面建设小康社会的新要求。文章从生态文明建设的背景出发,在概述我国环保产业发展基本情况的基础上,重点从新型工业化、新型城市化以及两型社会建设三个方面分析了我国环保产业发展的基本形势。

Eco-civilization is the advanced form of the development of human civilization. Constructing the eco-civilization is the new demand for our country to implement the concept of scientific development and have an overall construction of a well-off society. Based on the background of the construction of eco-civilization, the paper overviews the status quo of China＇s environmental protection industry development and analyzes the basic situation of the development of environmental protection industry in China from the point of view of new-type industrialization, new-type urbanization and constructing two-oriented society.
