摘要
我国的发展经验表明,对外开放对经济发展具有重要的意义。民族地区的开放度远低于全国平均水平,发展民族地区经济进一步扩大对外开放是必要的也是可行的。提升开放度的核心思路就是提高民族地区对外开放的主动性、规划性、层次性及政策性。
It is testified by China＇s development experience that opening to the outside world plays an important role in the economic development. The degree of opening to the outside world is lower in ethnic minority areas than that in whole China. It is indispensable and possible for ethnic minority areas to open deeply in order to develop economy in ethnic areas. The idea to extend the degree of opening is to improve the initiative, regulativeness, gradation and policies in ethnic minority areas.
