A Compendium of Liaoning Local Culture in the Jin Dynasty

金代是辽宁地域文化发展的重要时期。教育方面,学校体系日益完善,辽宁籍士人在科举考试中脱颖而出;文学方面,涌现出一批辽宁籍文学家,出现了一批描摹辽宁山川风物的文学作品;宗教及艺术方面,佛教的影响在前代基础上继续扩大,书法、绘画作品的创作及收藏更加广泛。金代辽宁地域文化的进步,是各族人民共同创造的结果,同时也为元明清辽宁文化的进一步发展奠定了重要基础。

Jin Dynasty was the important developing period of Liaoning local culture. In the aspect of education, the school system was being increasingly perfected, Liaoning scholars stood out from the crowd in the Keju Examination. In the aspect of Literature, a body of litterateurs of Liaoning membership were brought forward and a set of literary works dePicting Liaoning mountains, rivers, scenery and products appeared. In the aspect of religion and art, the influence of Buddhism continued exten- ding on the basis of last dynasty, the handwriting and painting＇s invention and collection became more abroad. The advancement of Liaoning local culture in J in Dynasty was the outcome of the people of all nationalities＇ co-creation, meanwhile, which also laid the important foundation for the future development of Liaoning culture in the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasty, etc.
